A declared World Heritage Site by the UNESCO because of its social history, the Aapravasi Ghat Trust Fund was founded to carry out research on Indenture Immigrants and to preserve and restore sites related to Indenture Immigration.
To educate people on its history and goal, 10,000 flyers were made containing all the information needed.
The burgundy colour of the folder was based on the Aapravasi Ghat logo background and the cream colour was added to complement the burgundy.
The footprint was added to the logo to represent the historical footprint of the immigrants.
